What do you race? - All mountain biking, all the time. I race cross as well, have entered a few road races, and have completed several duathalons.
Favorite Race?
24 Hours of Burn in Wilksboro NC. Its a great fun course with lots of berms and sweet rolling downhills. The competition is always good, and the duo format is a great combination of xc speed and long haul endurance. Can’t wait for Memorial Day weekend every year.
Goals for this season: I would like to continue to race the MASS series and get some good results in the Senior I Sport category with the goal of moving to Cat 1 next year. Its always fun to try some new races, so, who knows, maybe Shenandoah this year and maybe Transylvania next summer - it definitely beats going to school the first week of June.
